Paul Blackburn signs one-year deal avoiding arbitration

The Oakland Athletics announced that they have come to terms with right-hander Paul Blackburn on a one-year deal thus avoiding arbitration. Blackburn’s deal is worth $3.45 million per the San Francisco Chronicle’s Susan Slusser.

The A’s have agreed to terms with right-handed pitcher Paul Blackburn and outfielder Seth Brown on one-year contracts for the 2024 season and have now signed or agreed to terms with all arbitration-eligible players on the 40-man roster.
