OAKLAND — Major League Baseball continues to hit coronavirus-related bumps in its season restart. Commissioner Rob Manfred threatened the MLB Player’s Association with threat of season cancellation after an outbreak in the Miami Marlins camp, positive tests in the Philadelphia Phillies clubhouse as well as two positive tests reported out of the St. Louis Cardinals camp on Friday.
