The rendering of what the new look of the Oakland Coliseum area would look like shows nothing more than wasted space.
Have we not learned anything about a walkable city around a “transit area”?
I’d like to see 15,000 apartments and condos 14-18 stories high, a grocery store, a business park and so on. Instead the rendering shows way too much open space.
It’s no wonder why we have a housing crisis. It’s appalling!
