Could the Oakland A’s please retire their end-of-game fireworks shows?
Although the large fire due to flying embers on May 25 was apparently quickly extinguished, this is the nightmare scenario those of us in Oakland dread every July 4 when home fireworks explode all over the community.
We live in a time of severe drought.
