For the second consecutive Sunday afternoon, the A’s will be facing Shohei Ohtani. And after ultimately losing in their first effort against the phenom pitcher, despite fireworks from Matt Chapman, the A’s have a chance to reverse their fortunes and win their first road series against their division rivals. Opposing Ohtani on the mound is Kendall Graveman, who has yet to find success this year. While his pitches have had a lot of movement and his velocity is the same as it was last year, Graveman has struggled with his location, leaving far too many pitches up in the zone, and has struggled with surrendering the long ball.
