Hernandez gave up four hits and a pair of runs in three innings in his second start of the spring and now will join Venezuela in the World Baseball Classic. Hernandez struck out five with no walks, but he gave up two runs in the first on a run-scoring double by Ryon Healy and an RBI single by Canha.
"That first inning was a little rough, but after that it was fine," Hernandez said.
