OAKLAND — The A’s played 1.2 innings on Friday afternoon, resuming the suspended May 19 game in the bottom of the seventh at Comerica Park in Detroit, with the A’s leading 5-3 in the middle of what would be a 10-game win streak.
The A’s even played the Tigers’ pre-game hype video prior to the final few innings, but the away team finished off the win at home in a 7-3 win, extending the team’s May win streak to 11 games.
