Gonzales is 2-1 with a 3.03 ERA over his past five starts, including 5 2/3 innings with just an unearned run allowed in his last outing vs. Detroit. The 26-year-old gave up four runs on five hits in 3 1/3 frames in a no-decision vs. the A's in April.
Gossett returns from Triple-A Nashville, where he posted a 1.63 ERA in seven games (five starts) and struck out 42 in 38 2/3 innings. He allowed nine runs over 7 1/3 innings in two big league starts to begin the season before getting optioned.
