The Oakland A’s representative at the Arizona Fall League All-Star Game is somewhat of an unknown entity.
Outfielder Greg Deichmann will join some big-name prospects in Saturday’s game. His five home runs leads the Arizona Fall League this year. He’s slashing .333/.426/.692 with a 1.118 OPS. Or, in simpler terms, he’s knocking the life out of the baseball in Mesa.

Injuries had dimmed Deichmann’s prospect status since the A’s picked him in the second-round pick (43rd overall) out of Louisiana State University in 2017.
