BOSTON - Mark Canha had quite a night at Fenway Park in the first game of the series between the A’s and Red Sox.
He had a homer smack off his glove and then go over the fence for a homer. He made a twisting grab of a flyball by Hanley Ramirez to end the eighth inning. And he got into a bit of a beef with a fan down the right-field line after leaning into the stands for a foul ball in the seventh.
“It was an eventful night for my first time playing right here,” Canha said Tuesday.
