ARLINGTON, Texas - Oakland righthander Kendall Graveman, acquired in the trade that sent Josh Donaldson to Toronto, has not allowed a hit through six innings at Globe Life Park on Saturday evening.
Graveman, 26, has allowed only one baserunner, walking Rougned Odor with one out in the second inning.
Odor made it to second when Graveman fielded a grounder by Jonathan Lucroy and threw it slightly to Marcus Semien’s left as Semien covered the second-base bag; on Graveman’s error, both runners were safe, but Graveman also got the next batter, Joey Gallo, to hit a comebacker and Graveman started a successful double play to end the inning.
