The 2013 Shamrock Series uniforms that Notre Dame wore against the Arizona State Sun Devils finally took out the 1977 Throwbacks that Notre Dame wore against the USC Trojans in 2007. After falling behind the ‘77 throwbacks by a 40% to 60% tally late in the vote, someone rallied the voters and the ‘13 uniforms flipped it completely — and won by that same margin.
