Sabrina Flores, a rising junior, and Natalia Jacobs, a rising sophomore, will suit up to represent USA during the Women’s FIFA World Cup from November 13 to December 3. Monica Flores, Notre Dame’s top midfielder and defender last season, will play with Mexico.
Both Sabrina Flores and Jacobs will take time away from Notre Dame soccer and their studies to focus on the games.
Flores, Jacobs, and the rest of the U.S. team will open their play against France on Monday, November 14. From there, the team will face New Zealand on Thursday before finishing up group play against Ghana on November 21.
