Could former Notre Dame quarterback Riley Leonard be on the cusp of getting his first NFL regular-season action with the Indianapolis Colts?
While Daniel Jones is doing everything he can to avoid ceding any playing time to Leonard, his fractured leg might have other ideas. The Colts' starting quarterback is set to continue his Cinderella season on Sunday, though there are more than a few reasons to believe he could find himself out of action at any moment.
The Colts announced earlier this week that Jones has a fractured fibula. The injury meant that he was a limited participant in some practice leading up to the game against division rival Houston.
