According to 247Sports, Fuller entered Notre Dame as a 4-star recruit and the nation’s 276th prospect. He did not receive many offers from top programs. Fuller held offers from Boston College, Delaware, Kent State, Penn State, Rutgers, Temple, Toledo and Villanova.
The skinny 6’0″ 169 lbs. player looked skillful as a Wide Receiver but looked physically unprepared to player.
