On Thursday night, the Irish traveled to South Florida to take on the University of Miami. Notre Dame fell to the Hurricanes by a score of 72-65. The Irish now return home to play host to Florida State. The Seminoles come into the game having just beaten No. 9 North Carolina State on Thursday night.

For the third time this season, the Irish are coming off of a loss. Against Miami on Thursday, they struggled offensively. They shot just 37 percent from the floor. In the other two losses, it was sloppy play and poor defense that did them in, but their offense was always there for them.
