In their midweek game, the Irish went down to Blacksburg and took down Virginia Tech 80-51. It was a battle of Mabreys, as Marina took on her freshman sister Dara on Wednesday night. Ultimately, Marina would win that battle and the Irish would come out on top. Now Notre Dame will play host to Boston College at Purcell Pavilion on Sunday.

As of late, Jessica Shepard has been in control for the Irish. She has been getting it done on both ends of the court and is putting up great numbers. Between her shooting, her passing ability, and the amount of rebounds that she grabs, she is a matchup nightmare for opposing teams.
