Notre Dame turns up pursuit of Michigan’s top 2027 playmaker

The Notre Dame football team has officially started going hard after the 2027 class with the commitments of Ellis McGaskin and Teddy Jarrard. Now they're looking for the next commitment and are hoping that 4-star wide receiver Dakota Guerrant might be that guy.

Guerrant is considered the No. 1 player in Michigan, the No. 8 wide receiver and the No. 50 player overrall according to 247Sports. The Harper Woods, Michigan player has all kinds of power programs coming after him but Notre Dame might be standing out because head coach Marcus Freeman is going out of his way to reach out to the young player.
