Burrell is the No. 3 player in the state of Illinois, the No. 8 wide receiver, and No. 49 overall player in the class of 2027 according to the Rivals Industry Rankings. The 4-star prospect out of Mount Carmel (Chicago, IL) has offers from a ton of Big Ten programs, but at the moment, the Fighting Irish look like the best offer and are the slight leader in the clubhouse among On3 analysts.
