Earlier today, the Irish (9-5) faced off against Army (5-8) on senior day at Arlotta Stadium, defeating the Black Knights by a score of 17-5. The 12 point victory was Notre Dame’s largest margin of victory of the season.
Notre Dame opened the scoring 3:33 into the game when Mikey Wynne scored his ninth goal of the season for the 1-0 lead. With 8:46 left to go in the opening quarter, Nick Stinn recorded his first goal of the year to extend Notre Dame’s lead to 2-0.
