Such is the case with former Nittany Lion prospect Khalil Terry, who gave a new pledge on Wednesday afternoon.
Terry had been predicted to land with the Fighting Irish for a little while now, but things started swimming aggressively that way after he came to South Bend to watch ND take on Navy on Saturday night.
