An elite football recruit in the state of Ohio has committed to a school and, surprisingly, that school is not Ohio State. It’s Notre Dame.
The Fighting Irish have landed a commitment from Liam Eichenberg, a four-star offensive lineman in the 2016 class from St. Ignatius (Cleveland, Ohio).
Eichenberg announced his pledge on Twitter Sunday afternoon.
