Despite starting off the game very sluggish — allowing 17 points in the first half — Clark Lea made the necessary adjustments at halftime for the Notre Dame defense to come out and look very dominant in the second half.

Although the Senior safety might not have any huge plays, he was very consistent throughout the day, making the plays he needed to. While this was Elliot’s last regular season game in an Irish uniform, he made sure he gave it his all.
