I having a hard time trying to decide what to do with this column. The Notre Dame Fighting Irish lost a close one in Athens to the Georgia Bulldogs, 23-17, and it’s more like a roundabout with six exits rather than a 4-way stop.
I’ll tell you what this column isn’t going to be:
- Trashing Brian Kelly for not winning a “big game”
- Complaining about 46 rushing yards
- Throwing Chip Long under the bus for 2nd half stall
I can’t do it. I can’t jump in a pool of negativity — even if some of it is absolutely true.
