With the class of 2021 officially in the books for every program in the nation, Rivals released their yearly list of the top recruiters in the country. One Notre Dame assistant found himself on the list – offensive line coach Jeff Quinn. A couple of years ago, Quinn was one of the most maligned coaches on the Notre Dame football staff. A lot has changed for Quinn in the last couple of years, however.
