At 5-1, Notre Dame football is still in a good spot. Their one loss was quality, a close one at Georgia. Although, that quality took a bit of a hit with the Bulldogs’ loss to South Carolina on Saturday. Still, things are looking up for Notre Dame.
The first College Football Playoff poll doesn’t come out until November and the committee has made it clear that the AP Poll means nothing. But currently sitting at No. 8 in the AP Poll, it certainly looks like a good chance that the Irish will be somewhere in that Top 10.
