Now that we are all hurtling towards July, the eyes of the college football recruiting world are intensely focused on the biggest event of the year... The Opening. This year, The Opening (organized by Nike) moves from their home in Oregon, to the glitz and glamour of Dallas, Texas.
The event kicks off on Saturday and will run through Tuesday. It’s kind of a big deal:
The top high school football players in the nation as selected by Student Sports after film evaluation and/or in-person evaluation at one of The Opening Regionals.
The Opening Finals, presented by Nike Football, is three days of dynamic training, coaching and competition for the country’s most elite high school football players.
