Notre Dame Football recently brought Steve Angeli aboard as a 2022 quarterback, and on Wednesday, they officially offered one of the elite arms in 2023.
The Notre Dame Football program is one of the best in the country, making it to two College Football Playoffs in the last three seasons. However, they have not been able to get over the hump in the biggest of games and have really been outplayed in a big way on the national stage.
Still, this is Notre Dame, and to receive an offer from this prestigious program still has to be a benchmark for any high school prospect.
