The Notre Dame Fighting Irish are headed to Orlando, Florida to play the Iowa St. Cyclones in the Camping World Bowl on December 28th in Camping World Stadium.
Much speculation took place that Notre Dame would play the Texas Longhorns in the same bowl, but alas, here we are. The Fighting Irish will face head coach Matt Campbell’s Cyclones for the first time ever.
The Fighting Irish last played in this bowl in 2011, when it was the Champs Sports Bowl, losing to the Florida State Seminoles 18-14.
