Louis Nix, Sheldon Day, Jarron Jones and Jerry Tillery were all dominant football players during their time at Notre Dame, and all played integral roles at different times. Two of these guys are still in the NFL, one is retired and the other is currently signed on to play for the XFL this season as an offensive lineman.
Jarron Jones (2012-2016)
Jones came to Notre Dame in the 2012 recruiting class as highly rated defensive lineman out of New York. After redshirting his freshman year, he appeared his 12 games in 2013 as a key reserve totaling 20 tackles and 1 sack.
