In the weeks leading up to the kickoff with the Temple Owls on September 2nd, here at OFD we’ll be giving you 17 predictions for the 2017 season for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish. Without further ado, let’s get to it.
No. 2: Alternate Uniforms Aren’t Going Anywhere
With the Campus Crossroads Project coming to an end this season, Notre Dame decided not to have a designated Shamrock Series game in 2017 because they wanted seven games in the newly renovated stadium. Now for you Notre Dame purists that hate the thought of FieldTurf or video boards, you probably thought no Shamrock Series meant that we wouldn’t be subjected to hideous and offensive uniforms.
