Notre Dame Fighting Irish news: QB lands, Big Ten coaches can’t stop whining

The Notre Dame Fighting Irish football team continued a recruiting hot streak that's been going on for almost two full months now. On Thursday, that hot streak showed up when Marcus Freeman and Co. notched their 2027 quarterback in Teddy Jarrard.

Jarrard picked the Blue and Gold over power finalists like Georgia, Ohio State, Michigan and Penn State. This was especially an interesting win over the Nittany Lions as the two schools have found themselves embroiled in an off-field rivalry. Jarrard is the second commit for ND in the 2027 class and means Freeman is already off to a very good start.
