Since the Notre Dame Fighting Irish inked its 2026 class, Marcus Freeman and the rest of the coaches have made it clear they're pretty excited about the group. That includes Joey O'Brien, who recently demonstrated just how good he is and how good he could be once he gets to South Bend.
In his latest game, O'Brien helped lead La Salle College High School to a win in the 6A State Championship game, and his performance certainly was the most impressive.
During the game, defensively, O'Brien had three interceptions, one of which he ran back for a 95-yard touchdown.
