Pretty cool announcement from South Bend, courtesy of Notre Dame men’s basketball coach Mike Brey and hockey coach Jeff Jackson. This season, Notre Dame students can attend games for both sports free of charge, provided they acquire them in advance.

Given the fact the Fighting Irish hoops squad reached its first Elite Eight in almost 40 years last season, we figure it won’t take long for students to take advantage of this offer.
