It is very much a family feel for many of Notre Dame's athletic programs, and on Tuesday, that feel continued with the commitment of Nick Shrewsberry to the Notre Dame basketball program.
Hoops head coach Micah Shrewsberry currently has one of his sons, Braeden, playing for the Irish and was one of the team's top scorers the last two years. Now Nick, shooting guard at South Bend Saint Joseph will join the squad in 2026.
Over the weekend, Notre Dame's newest commitment team was in Chicago, Illinois, to face off against Mount Carmel, and while the result didn't end well for Saint Joseph, Nick Shrewsberry was one of the best players on the court.
