Notre Dame baseball has struggled a lot this season in ACC play, but on Friday, the Irish took care of business against the Boston College Eagles, 14-3. There was no need for a 7th inning stretch as Notre Dame got a run-rule victory for the second time this season.
For as grim as it’s been for the Irish in conference play, Notre Dame won’t have to leave home for an ACC game until May 16th against Louisville. So... there’s hope for a much better outcome over the course of the next month and a half.
