Even though he had a slower start to his season, Notre Dame running back Jeremiyah Love has certainly come into form this season. So far this season, Love has 1,135 rushing yards and 14 rushing touchdowns, which is more yards than he had in all of 2024 and only three touchdowns short of what he had last season.
Before the season, Love had everyone in the media talking about what his 2025 season would look like. Love was even named as a potential Heisman Trophy favorite, and that still is the case. While it is hard for a non-quarterback to win the award, Love has certainly done enough to prove he could win it.
