Melissa Tancredi (‘04) lead the Canadian women’s soccer team in an upset win over powerhouse Germany, scoring BOTH goals in the 2-1 victory. They will square off with France Saturday night at 9 PM EST.
Former ND basketball star and Indiana Fever forward/center Natalie Achonwa continues to help the women’s Canadian basketball team advance, as our neighbors from the north knocked off Serbia in a gutsy comeback win late in the 4th quarter.
