For about 24 hours, former Notre Dame quarterback Kenny Minchey was headed to the Big Ten. Now he's headed to the SEC. In the process of changing his mind, Minchey has shown just how insane the Transfer Portal is these days.
On Sunday, Minchey committed to the Nebraska Cornhuskers but didn't sign with his new team. He might have been holding out hope that someone would offer a bigger bag, and the Kentucky Wildcats apparently obliged. On Monday night, the former Fighting Irish QB2 committed and then signed with UK, ending any chance he might flip again.
