The Notre Dame football team struck out the first time it tried to land Dre Quinn, but now it's got another shot.
Quinn, a 4-star defensive back according to the Rivals Industry Rankings, recently decommitted from the Clemson Tigers. Now the Irish might have a chance to get back in the hunt. The question is whether Marcus Freeman and Co. will bother to try and land the talented defender, or whether it might be too late at this point in the cycle.
