While there has been plenty of praise heaped on Notre Dame quarterback CJ Carr this season, he's still a freshman. He's made some mistakes this year, and he's going to make some more. But there's one bad habit, a pattern when he throws interceptions, that has started to show up that needs to be fixed right quick.
The good news here is that the Irish have time to fix the habit. They have time to work with him and get the situation worked out before he retakes the field. The bad news is that if they can't get him to understand how the habit arose and how to tamp it down, it could be a very big problem as Marcus Freeman and Co.
