If your favorite college football team has the commitment of a four-star wide receiver, you may want to hold your breath at the moment. Just minutes ago, LSU saw four-star wideout Stephen Sullivan announce his decommitment from the Tigers. Now, four-star pass catcher Theo Howard has announced that he’ll no longer be part of Oregon’s 2016 class. Howard, too, posted the news to Twitter, thanking the Ducks’ staff. He did not give any specific reason for his decision.

Howard, a 6-foot, 170 pound speedster from Thousand Oaks, California, had committed to play for the Ducks back in March.
