Merry Christmas — it’s game week for the Notre Dame Fighting Irish as they travel to El Paso, Texas, to take on the Oregon State Beavers in the Sun Bowl.
As I said at the start of Stanford week... “There’s no sugar-coating about it all. Notre Dame’s season has been disappointing in respect to a number of failed goals.”
It’s as true today as it was back in November BUT there is one last opportunity to win a football game and end the season with 10 victories and a top 15 finish.
Obviously this bowl game against Oregon State is going to be a little different as both teams have a large number of transfers and opt-outs.
