For all of the pomp and circumstance surrounding this game — as well as for all of the bashing — this is a Top 25 matchup. Hell, Navy even has an easier path to the Cotton Bowl than Notre Dame, theoretically (Navy wins out, Memphis loses one more, Navy wins AAC Championship).
The Irish have a 16 game winning streak at home, and one of the few achievable goals left for the 2019 season is to keep that streak intact.
