Notre Dame Fighting Irish QB Malik Zaire has left Notre Dame's game against Virginia with an ankle injury.
On a running play, Zaire's right ankle was caught underneath a Virginia player. The video of the play doesn't bode well for Zaire.
Zaire was carted off the field after making it to the sideline.
With Zaire out, DeShone Kizer is the starting QB.
