On Friday, the Notre Dame Fighting Irish became the latest school to extend an offer to four-star Bellingham (WA) Sehome safety Taylor Rapp:

The 6-0, 195-pounder remains firm in his commitment to the University of Washington, but that doesn't mean Notre Dame won't have a chance to bring him for a visit. If they can do that, anything is indeed possible.
In addition to the Irish, Rapp's holds offers from Stanford, Oregon, Nebraska and others.
According to 247Sports' Composite Rankings, Rapp is the #187 overall player in the country, No. 7 safety in the nation and the #3 recruit in Washington for the Class of 2016.
