Tom Scully says the pathway from the Academy to the First-Team gives extra motivation to all of Norwich City’s young hopefuls.
The Under-23s midfielder joined the Canaries in the summer from Everton and has been a prominent figure for the Development Squad so far.
He’s watched on as youth graduates Max Aarons and Todd Cantwell have made the leap to first-team football this season, and he says the work of those two, plus Jamal Lewis and Ben Godfrey, spurs everyone at the Academy on.
