Teemu Pukki called up for Finland's World Cup qualifiers

Teemu Pukki has been called up for Finland for two World Cup qualification matches at the start of September.

Teemu, who represented his country at their first major international tournament at Euro 2020 in the summer, will play against Kazakhstan in Helsinki on September 4 and against France, in Lyon, on September 7.

Finland will also play Wales on September 1, in Helsinki, as a friendly match before the World Cup qualifcation games. Finland are currently third in group D for qualification for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar after two games. They sit a point behind the Ukraine, having played a game less, and five points behind leaders France, who have also played three matches so far.
