Norwich City's sporting director Stuart Webber has told BBC Radio Norfolk that abuse should not be accepted as part of football.
Mr Webber gave a wide-ranging interview after the Canaries' season ended in disappointment.
He also touched on plans for next season and the involvement of Mark Attanasio, owner of Major League Baseball side Milwaukee Brewers, who became a director last year.
