Moritz Leitner has left Norwich City after a mutual agreement was reached to cancel the midfielder’s contract.
Leitner made a total of 53 appearances in all competitions for Norwich, scoring two goals.
He initially joined City on loan from Augsburg in January 2018. The deal was made permanent the following summer.
The German scored a memorable equalising goal away at Ipswich Town in the 2018/19 season, with City going on to secure the Sky Bet Championship title and promotion to the Premier League.
